1. About these terms
1.1 These terms of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.teido.com and any of its pages and sub-domains (the "Website").
1.2 The Website is operated by Teido (UK) Limited ("Teido", "we", "us", "our"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 14637258, with its registered office at One Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL. You can contact us at info@teido.com.
1.3 By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1.4 These Terms refer to and should be read with our Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy and Legal & Regulatory Information page, which also apply to your use of the Website.
2. Who the Website is for
2.1 The Website is aimed at businesses and professional users in the United Kingdom who are interested in financial infrastructure technology. It is not directed at consumers, children, or persons in any jurisdiction where its content would be unlawful.
2.2 If you use the Website on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Information only
3.1 The content on the Website is provided for general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, regulatory or investment advice, and you should not rely on it as such. You should obtain professional advice before acting on any content.
3.2 Nothing on the Website is an offer, invitation or inducement to enter into any contract or to engage in any investment activity, and nothing on the Website is a financial promotion.
3.3 The Teido platform is in development. Descriptions of products, features, integrations, timelines and availability describe our current plans and intentions. They may change, may not be available in every jurisdiction, and are not a commitment to provide any feature. Any services will be provided only under a separate written agreement.
3.4 Teido (UK) Limited is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and is not a bank, electronic money institution or payment institution. Teido provides technology and software and does not itself provide regulated payment services through the Website. Any regulated payment services referenced on the Website are provided, where applicable, by an appropriately authorised third-party provider under separate terms. Details of the relevant provider and its authorisation will be provided to customers in the applicable service documentation. See our Legal & Regulatory Information page.
3.5 Comparisons, illustrations, sample figures and interface images on the Website are illustrative only and are not based on actual customer data or benchmarked studies unless stated otherwise.

4.2 We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one on this page when you use the Website, and the "last updated" date shows when it was last changed.

10. Viruses and security
10.1 We take reasonable steps to keep the Website secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology and computer programs to access the Website and should use your own virus protection software.
11. Our liability
11.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.
11.2 If you are a business user: to the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to the Website or its content, whether express or implied. In particular, we will not be liable for loss of profits, sales, business or revenue; business interruption; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
11.3 If you are a consumer: the Website is provided for business use. If you use it as a consumer, we only provide it for domestic and private use, and we are not liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
11.4 Where a separate written agreement between you and us applies, the liability provisions of that agreement will govern matters within its scope.
12. Suspension of access
