Cookie Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
Your choice
The cookie banner offers three options: Allow all turns on every category, Reject keeps only strictly necessary cookies, and Manage cookies lets you switch each category on or off individually.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. If you turn a category off, cookies already stored for that category are deleted straight away.
We ask again after six months, and sooner if this policy changes in a way that affects what we set.
Categories we use
Strictly necessary cookies
Required for the site to work. They record your cookie choice and the appearance settings you select yourself. These cannot be switched off.
Analytical or performance cookies
Let us count visits and see how people move around the site, so we can measure and improve how it performs. We use Google Analytics for this, and its cookies are set only if you allow this category.
Functionality cookies
Remember choices you make while browsing, so the site does not ask you the same thing twice.
Targeting cookies
Would be set by us or by advertising partners to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant advertising elsewhere. We do not currently use any cookies in this category.
Third parties
We use Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, to understand how the site is used. We do not embed advertising networks or social media widgets.
The Google Analytics script loads on every page in Google’s consent mode. Until you allow analytical cookies it sets no cookies, and it sends Google only limited signals without a visitor identifier: that a page was viewed, plus your IP address and browser details, which Google needs in order to receive the request. Once you allow analytical cookies, it also sets the cookies listed above and reports how you use the site. Google may process this data outside the UK and the EEA. For details see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Some animations on the site are rendered by the Rive library, which loads a support file from the public CDNs unpkg.com and jsDelivr. That request sets no cookies, but it does disclose your IP address and browser details to the CDN operator so the file can be delivered.
Managing cookies in your browser
Besides the Cookie settings link on this site, you can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working, and clearing your browser storage will also remove the record of your cookie choice, so we will ask again.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. If a change affects what we set or why, we will ask for your choice again.
